I just got a Manji in G. I must say that it is a high quality harp. I payed about $50 for it. I have to try it for a while before I make up my mind. I like the ease of bends. It does overblow out of the box. I compared it to a Bushman Delta Frost and a Suzuki m350, and it seemed to me they all were about the same when it came to the overblow. I also like the OB's on a Golden Melody, but you sometimes have to do a light tweak to get them set up properly. The easiest to OB out of the box as far as I know is a Fire Breath, but they cost about $20 more that a Manji.
I like the tone. It is louder but cleaner than the delta frost. It does not sound like a Marine Band, but it doesn't sound at all bad to my ear.
I appreciate Michael's comments about the harshness of the chords due to the tuning. One man's harshness is another man's "cutting through."
I will surely buy another -- perhaps in A or C.
I think that this harp will have it's place, and I think that that place will be as a lead, rock harp. I will give it a try with the band through my pedals and amps. I think it will stack up to guitars and drums as well or perhaps better than most others.

After hearing christellester's first Manji Post on YouTube,I was impressed with how she got it to sound.I was never a Suzuki guy, and skeptical of seemingly disingenuous over the top Suzuki marketing videos telling me once again that this is "The One". Poor Brandon has to read that BS. I held my nose and bought three Manji's from EEZYREEDER. I have been passing over my Seydels and Special 20's and playing the Manjis. Good price for what you get. They are less than 3 months old so I can't truthfully tell you they stay in tune and that they are long lasting. Don't be afraid to buy one these may surprise you.
